*Our guarantee applies to the regular cleaning of carpet and upholstery. Depending on the nature of a stain or how long it has been in the fibers some spots may have permanent discolouration and may require a restoration alternative to remove the stain. This guarantee specifically excludes pet stains, stains caused by dyes, ink, paint, bleach spots and colour loss. Oil and grease spots on poly-based carpet fibers are excluded. Pre-existing conditions such as traffic lane discolouration due to texture loss, shading, pooling and pile reversal are also not cleaning related conditions and are, therefore, expressly excluded from this service guarantee as well. On cleaning day, our technician will carefully pre-inspect your carpet/furniture and give you a thorough appraisal of its condition.
